Hamilton High School opens the 2022-2023 season by presenting A Night of One Acts, featuring the works of Don Zolidis. This production features multiple one-act plays presented in one fun night of theatre. You will definitely not want to miss this exciting night of theatre.
¡Artistic Inspiration tells the story of two basement-dwelling hack writers who concoct a scheme to create the most-producible play in America. Their conversation quickly degenerates into a contest to see who can write the worst play imaginable. The hilarious disastrous results range from a "message" play about the dangers of huffing to a Seussian global warming drama about Eskimos. And it only gets worse from there. Will they ever find a play worth performing?
When you call the Help Desk, you're looking for a solution - but your problems might just be beginning. Whether you're getting shamed about your inability to log in, giving your credit card information to a scammer, or needing help getting rid of a boyfriend, customer service calls spiral into absurdity for the customers and employees alike. Who knew that getting help could be so amusing?
Welcome to Container of Sharks, a TV show where entrepreneurs put their ideas to the test in the hopes of winning start-up money from a panel of billionaire investors and one actual shark. Will these apex predators invest in a jetpack that rockets kids from activity to activity so their parents never have to leave the sports bar? What about a fire-beam laser that targets annoying people? Or Jordan's grandma's cookie recipe? The stakes are high - any business hopeful who fails to convince the panel their idea is worth investing in gets thrown to the sharks...literally!

The world's longest-running play!
After a local woman is murdered, the guests and staff at Monkswell Manor find themselves stranded during a snowstorm. It soon becomes clear that the killer is among them, and the seven strangers grow increasingly suspicious of one another. A police detective, arriving on skis, interrogates the suspects: the newlyweds running the house; a spinster with a curious background; an architect who seems better equipped to be a chef; a retired Army major; a strange little man who claims his car has overturned in a drift; and a jurist who makes life miserable for everyone. When a second murder takes place, tensions and fears escalate. This record-breaking murder mystery features a brilliant surprise finish from Dame Agatha Christie, the foremost mystery writer of her time.
The Mousetrap made its world premiere on October 6, 1952 at the Theatre Royal, Nottingham. After a brief tour, it opened in London's West End at the Ambassadors Theatre on November 25. Directed by Peter Cotes, the play ran at the Ambassador until March 23, 1974, when it immediately transferred to the larger St Martin's Theatre, next door, where it continues to this day. Having run consistently from 1952 to the present, The Mousetrap is the world's longest-running play.

The Brothers Grimm hit the stage with an epic fairytale about wishes, family, and the choices we make.
James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim take everyone's favorite storybook characters and bring them together for a timeless, yet relevant, piece...and a rare modern classic. The Tony Award-winning book and score are both enchanting and touching.
The story follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King's Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone's wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results.
One of Sondheim's most popular works, Into the Woods is a musically sophisticated show full of fantastical elements and a magical world.
